Custom wigs are created based on the information provided by the client. TBJHair is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to incorrect specifications provided by the customer.

Appointments & Services

Deposits for services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined during booking.

Hair Care & Maintenance

Longevity of hair depends on proper care and maintenance. TBJHair is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, heat damage, colouring, or chemical treatments.
