At TamedByJai, each unit and product is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality for our clients. Please review our shipping timelines and policies below before placing your order.
Processing Time (Pre-Orders & Custom Units)
All products are made to order.
Please allow 7–10 working days for processing
Customisation for custom units (including construction, colouring, and styling) requires an additional 3–5 working days
Total es timated turnaround time: 10–15 working days (excluding shipping time)
Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, launches, or promotions.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed and dispatched:
UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
UK Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.
Order Tracking
All orders are fully tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Delays
While we aim to meet all stated timelines, TamedByJai is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier services
Customs (if applicable)
High-demand periods
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. TamedByJai is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missed Deliveries / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to missed delivery or incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery fees.
