Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all hair products are final sale.

 

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Wigs (custom or ready-to-ship)

  • Hair bundles

  • Lace systems (closures, frontals)

  • Customised or altered products

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Custom Orders

All custom wigs are made to order based on client specifications.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Hair Bundles, Closures & Frontals

For hygiene reasons:

  • Hair products cannot be returned or refunded

  • Once worn, installed, altered, or removed from original condition

Hair must remain:

  • Unworn

  • Uncut

  • Unaltered

  • In original packaging

Deposits

All deposits paid for:

  • Wig services

  • Customisation

  • Appointments

  • Styling services

Are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and order details

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A store credit

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.

Refused or Returned Deliveries

Any parcels returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect addresses will not be refunded. Reshipping fees will apply.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order with TamedbyJai, you agree to all policies.
Chargebacks filed in violation of these policies may result in order refusal and account restriction.
