• Store in a satin bag when not in use

With proper care, hair can last 12 months - 3 years more with proper care. A full guide is included with every order.

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on hair that has been worn, installed, altered, cut, or coloured.

Any approved return must be unused and in the original packaging it was received in.

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for assessment.

All digital products are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

All custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable.

If hair is pre-ordered for an appointment booked with TamedbyJai, the order must be placed 10–14 days before the appointment date to allow time for customisation.

For same-day collection, orders must be placed a minimum of 7 days before the appointment date.

Orders cannot be amended once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.
